We’re hosting a special dumpling workshop this May in Think!Chinatown’s cozy kitchen studio, in celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Rooted in our neighborhood, Manhattan’s Chinatown, this workshop is an invitation to connect more deeply with the foodways of the Chinese diaspora. Expect a hands-on cooking experience, shared stories, and a meal made together. Designed for small groups, teams, ERGs, and friends who want to support, this experience offers a more guided and elevated format than our public workshops.
