We’re bringing our love for Filipino flavors, bold comfort food, and a little creative twist to one of NYC’s biggest culinary celebrations!

And of course, we’re bringing the NACHOS!

🍴 HERE’S WHAT’S ON THE MENU:

🐷 PORK TAPA NACHOS
Tender, savory-sweet pork tapa marinated in our signature Filipino soy-garlic blend, served over crispy tortilla chips and topped with roasted corn cabbage slaw and garlic calamansi aioli.

🦃 CHOPPED TURKEY LONGANISA NACHOS
Our take on a Filipino classic! Juicy, chopped turkey longanisa seasoned with a delicious balance of sweet, savory, and garlicky flavors, piled onto crunchy tortilla chips and topped with roasted corn cabbage slaw and garlic calamansi aioli.

🍄🥥 MUSHROOM COCONUT ADOBO NACHOS
A plant based and gluten free twist on the beloved Filipino adobo! Tender mushrooms simmered in a rich, creamy coconut milk-based adobo sauce infused with garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and aromatic spices. Served over crispy tortilla chips and topped with roasted corn cabbage slaw and garlic calamansi aioli.
