NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — With a little under a month away from their Arirang World Tour stop at MetLife Stadium, the global pop group BTS is planning a full New York City takeover to celebrate the concert and their newest album with their fans.

The seven-member group will bring a range of fan-centric activities dubbed “BTS the City Arirang” between July 24 and Aug. 3, coinciding with their two-day stint at the East Rutherford stadium.

The parade of events kicks off with an immersive experience at the Arte Museum at Chelsea Piers featuring sounds, scents, and cascading images of flowers, whales, ships and more reflecting the songs off the Arirang album as well as nods to their older tracks. The exhibition will run from July 24 through Aug. 14 with tickets online.

On that same day, fans will also be able to pose “with” BTS members at the Photoism photobooths at Kpop Nara in New York City and K Town Studio 32. The photobooth presets will allow fans to take four-cut pictures that look like they’re standing right next to one of the seven members. The booths will offer the special photos through Aug. 3.

Beginning on July 30, the super group will take over one of New York City’s biggest travel hubs, Grand Central Terminal, offering fans an up close look at their Wembley ‘LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF’ performance outfits and a chance to customize their own BTS themed t-shirts.

After making their own shirts, fans will be able to take part in a random play dance with the performance arts organization I Love Dance, as well as enjoy a BTS-themed welcome party at the Marquee Nightclub beginning on July 31. Additional information on both events will be released in the coming days but prospective attendees can expect the Marquee party to run through Aug. 1.
