🍶 What is World Sake Day NYC?

World Sake Day NYC returns for its 6th year, celebrating Japan’s national beverage with New Yorkers and sake enthusiasts from around the world.

Founded in 2021at MIKA bushwic, World Sake Day NYC has grown into one of New York City’s unique consumer-facing sake and cultural events, welcoming approximately 300–400 guests annually and featuring breweries, distributors, chefs, artists, and hospitality professionals from Japan and the United States.

Past events have been honored by the attendance and opening remarks of representatives from the Japanese Consulate and have featured collaborations with Michelin-starred restaurants, renowned chefs, hospitality professionals, and local artists.

This year, we are excited to introduce a new collaboration with Ambassador Wine, creating a direct pathway from tasting to purchasing. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase selected bottles featured at the event.
