Trans Day of Visibility with a panel, performers, and resource fair

On Friday, March 28, join Caribbean Equality Project’s Trans Justice Unit and community partners for our 2nd annual “Love On Us: Rooted in Strength, Blooming in Joy,” a transformative FREE trans health, wellness, and healing resource fair in honor of Trans Day of Visibility 2025! This event is a sacred space to celebrate, uplift, and center the resilience, power, and beauty of trans and non-binary Afro- and Indo-Caribbean, Black, Latinx, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities.
Expect an evening of resources, community care, and joy—because our visibility is resistance!

Keynote Healers sharing wisdom and practices for wellness and resilience.

Knowledge-sharing discussions to address issues such as trans-affirming healthcare, racial justice, economic justice, and mental health.

Clothing Drive to support those in need of trans-affirming clothing.

Performing Arts as a healing practice of liberation that features live performances and cultural expression.

Caribbean-Inspired Food to nourish both body and soul, celebrating the richness of Caribbean culture.
Program Schedule:
5 – 6 pm: Resource Fair featuring 10+ immigration, health, and clothing vendors
6 – 8 pm: Program, including dinner and featuring guest speakers, panel, and performances
