Tai Chi + Dim Sum with Sokie Lee

Join us for a relaxing morning of Tai Chi and mindful movement in the park, followed by complimentary dim sum.
Tai Chi in the Park with Sokie Lee
Join OCA-NY and Tai Chi instructor Sokie Lee for a morning of gentle movement and mindfulness. An ancient Chinese practice, Tai Chi combines slow, intentional movements with deep breathing to support balance, flexibility, and relaxation. This one-hour session is open to participants of all experience levels.
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for movement, and check the weather before arriving. In the event of rain, the program will be held the following day, Sunday, June 14. After Tai Chi, join us for complimentary dim sum and a conversation about OCA-NY’s newest civic engagement initiatives in partnership with AAF Foundation.
