Whether you’re a small business owner or an employee, this training will help you understand the rights you have on the job.

Everyone—regardless of immigration or citizenship status—has rights protected under the U.S. Constitution.

Learn how to respond if you encounter immigration agents or law enforcement at work, and what steps you can take to protect yourself and others from unlawful actions.

Join us on for a virtual “Know Your Rights” training designed specifically for small business owners and employees. This session will cover essential information about your rights as a small business employer, including how to navigate workplace issues and protect yourself legally. We’ll also discuss what rights you have if you find yourself in an ICE raid situation, whether as a business owner or a customer. Additionally, we’ll dive into the critical differences between private and public spaces in small businesses—understanding these distinctions is key to knowing when and how your rights apply in different scenarios.

The training will be held on Zoom on April 23rd, 2025 and is open to everyone who wants to learn how to stay informed and prepared. The training will last 90 minutes.
