During this webcast, our two instructors will briefly summarize their careers, but will focus on providing advice and lessons to the audience on how organizations can continue to be effective with regard to organizational equity initiatives and promoting an equal playing field. Despite the challenges facing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Employee Resource Groups, organizational initiatives focused on similar goals, and non-profits providing resources along the same lines, this is an important time to reflect on how we can advance effective efforts to advance opportunities for everyone. We hope the audience will include individuals who are involved in or managing the equity initiatives or their organizations, whether they are corporate, non-profit or government entities and that this Master Class will provide useful insights for the audience.
The webinar will be one hour long. The audience will have the opportunity to ask questions during the last ten minutes of the webinar.
