Legal Rights of Immigrant Students in New Jersey’s Public Schools Session with ACLU of New Jersey and the Lowenstein Center for the Public Interest for NJ Educators, Advocates, Community-Based Organizations, Multilingual Students and Families.

This free information session is designed for students, parents, educators and advocates to learn more about the rights of students and school district obligations. We will be discussing:

• Student Data Privacy
• ICE Enforcement Actions at Schools
• School Registration
• Resources for Families
