AANHPI Heritage Month: How to Network, Build Trust, and have an Inclusive Workplace ft. Dr. Rosalind Chow

Join Compass Family Services for the Inclusion Talk Series commemorating Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month featuring the incredible Dr. Rosalind Chow.
Dr. Chow is a professor of Organizational Behavior and Theory at the Tepper School of Business, and also affiliated with the Social and Decision Sciences group at Dietrich College. She will discuss her new book, The Doors You Can Open: A New Way to Network, Build Trust, and Use Your Influence to Create a More Inclusive Workplace.
The Doors You Can Open draws on research on status, power, social networks, social inequality, and influence and persuasion to differentiate between mentorship and sponsorship and explain why this difference matters.
