The Department of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Rutgers University, in partnership with the New Jersey Office of Commissions and AAPI New Jersey, is honored to celebrate Women’s Achievements as Trailblazers on Saturday, March 14th 2026, from 9:00am – 1:00pm at The Kathleen Ludwig Center on the Rutgers University New Brunswick Campus.

This event is for High School and College students who are committed school/community leaders and catalysts for change, especially in the areas of gender justice and learning who show interest and leadership in social justice, equity, gender studies, and related disciplines. The conference will feature learning activities and networking opportunities. Part of the day’s program will celebrate exceptional students. Students will receive a certificate of participation.

This program is being help in-person on the Rutgers University New Brunswick Campus in New Brunswick, New Jersey at The Kathleen Ludwig Center. All attendees are expected to arrive by 9:00am. Registration deadline is March 13th 2026. Please note: parents or guardians are requested to stay for the duration of the event if accompanying a high school student.
