BLOOD AND WATER is an immersive walking tour that tells the stories of early Filipino American communities on the Brooklyn waterfront. Between the 1910s and the 1960s, Filipino sailors and merchant marines built vibrant communities in Brooklyn. They joined forces with Filipino students, artists, and activists to fight against American imperialism and racial discrimination.
