Before Taiwanese Waves (@taiwanesewaves) takes over Central Park, we’re bringing the sound of Taiwan to 929.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Taiwanese Waves returns to SummerStage on August 16 with a free concert showcasing some of Taiwan’s most exciting artists. We’re kicking off the weekend early with a night dedicated to the sounds that have defined Taiwan’s R&B and hip-hop scene.

On Friday, August 14, New York’s Taiwanese DJs take over the booth, spinning everything from classic R&B anthems to the latest hip-hop and pop hits, turning 929 into a late night out in Taipei.
