“A Tree Grows in Palestine” is a free outdoor photography exhibition featuring 14 life-size portraits of Palestinian farmers, photographed on their farms in the West Bank. Presented by Treedom for Palestine with support from Penny Appeal USA, the exhibition is produced by Photoville and hosted by NYC DOT Art, and will be installed in St. Andrew’s Plaza, steps from City Hall. It opens September 21, the International Day of Peace, and runs through October 5.
