SUMMARY:Artist Panel: Mothers in the Arts
DESCRIPTION:Join A4 for a panel discussion on motherhood with artists across the Asian diaspora\, including Hala Alyan\, Maia Ruth Lee\, (Artists + Mothers)\, Natalia Nakazawa\, and Shawna X. The discussion will be moderated by Justine Lee\, programs director at A4\, and hosted at STORM Bookstore in Brooklyn. Seating is limited\, so RSVP soon with a suggested donation of $10. The discussion will be moderated by Justine Lee\, programs director at A4\, and mother to Olive. There will be time for Q&A. \nFollowing the panel\, we invite attendees to mingle and enjoy light refreshments. Each attendee will leave with a printed resource list\, which is also available on A4’s website here. \nAgenda:\n2:00-3:00 pm (1 hr) – Panel discussion\n3:00-3:15 pm (15 min) – Q&A\n3:15-4:00 pm (45 min) – Mingling and refreshments \nRecording: The panel discussion will be recorded and published on A4’s YouTube channel after the event.
