He also serves on advisory boards\, including the U.S.-India Business Council and the U.S.-China Business Council\, advocating for business as a force for global stability. \nSeema Mody is a technology and global markets correspondent for CNBC\, focusing on the intersection of foreign policy\, Silicon Valley and Wall Street. Given her experience reporting overseas\, she helps synthesize complex international stories for CNBC’s investor audience. Within technology\, she covers the software and cloud services companies at the leading edge of artificial intelligence adoption. She also reports on the globally diversified industrials sector. She has broken several stories in her coverage of the travel industry and reported from the frontlines on the catastrophic effect of the pandemic that nearly forced some of the most iconic hospitality names into financial distress. She joined CNBC in July 2011 as a reporter covering the tech and IPO market from the NASDAQ.
