Our annual summer tradition invites you to explore the rich culinary traditions of Asia through live demonstrations\, cultural context\, and hands-on tasting. \nDr. Hsing-Lih Chou and Dr. Yi-Nian Lee\, joined by students from Overseas Chinese University of Taiwan\, take you on a mouthwatering journey across the continent: \n• Taiwan/China: Grilled Taiwanese Sausage and King Oyster Mushrooms\n• Korea: Bulgogi (Korean Marinated Beef BBQ)\n• Malaysia: Chicken Satay with Traditional Flavor \nWatch live cooking demos\, learn the cultural stories behind each dish\, and taste every recipe yourself. All supplies included! Check-in starts at 12:30 pm\, and the workshop starts at 1:30 pm.
