Together\, they’ll explore how food preserves culture\, connects generations\, and reflects the Bengali-American experience. \nProfessor Ray is a leading scholar and the author of several books examining Bengali American food\, South Asian cuisine\, and immigrant foodways in America. He is also the former Acting Associate Dean for Curriculum Development at The Culinary Institute of America. \nBorn and raised in Bangladesh\, Anikah Shaokat will share insights into Bengali food traditions and their enduring influence on New York’s diverse culinary landscape.
